Trending: Fruit Print
Fruit print clothing is an emerging trend, but it is also something that comes back every summer in one form or another. I personally love how upbeat and happy this trend is!
These prints are really bold, so make sure you pair them with less flashy accessories. Let the fruits stand out and don’t make them compete with the other items you’re wearing.
Many niche brands like @farmrio and @lisasaysgah are cool girl brands that are helping propel this trend.

Trending: Tennis Skirt
Make a Tennis Skirt work for everyday life...
For me the tennis skirt works when you play around with layering, by adding a cute sweater, sweatshirt or jacket. It also can be a street style look when you add a silver sneakers or a trending graphic t-shirt. This is a perfect item for Mom Life and is a great alternative to the athletic dress that often makes bathroom trips impossible. Give it a try!

My Closet: Shoes
I have a ton of shoes, but I always go back to the brand @dolcevita Their shoes are comfortable, stylish, and affordable. Here is a snapshot of some of my closet favorites and some other newer shoes I love.

Same but Different: Vests
Vests have been trending since the Fall, but they are also great for Spring! And some linen ones are great for Summer! Here are a few cute ones I found and one that I even bought myself.

Ribbed Tanks
My favorite type of basic layering piece is a ribbed shirt. They look great at every price point. They also keep their shape.

Trending: Stripes
I’m a huge fan of stripes. They effortlessly elevate any outfit, adding a cool and captivating touch. Consider incorporating a single striped element into your attire, like a pair of pants or a shirt. Feeling daring? Mix multiple stripes for a bold statement. Invest in a striped piece, and it’ll become a timeless staple in your wardrobe.

Trending: Modern Florals
The Met Gala 2024 theme was "The Garden of Time." There was many interpretations of the theme, but florals were most dominant. However, this modern floral is more about texture and bigger floral prints rather than a repeated pattern.

Everlane: Timeless Chic
I honestly have not bought from them recently, but many of their older pieces I still grab out of my closet again and again. Like the black boots I highlighted. They sell well-made and timeless pieces. If your looking for quality basics this is where to go. It also doesn’t hurt that their items do very well on the resale market.
Color Trend: Burgundy
Another color trending is burgundy. I like to think of it as red’s moody sister. It is striking, but it has a real moody feeling to it that is less bold than the red we saw this winter.

Fashion Friends
Sometimes with fashion we often look everywhere else for inspiration rather than the people we are closest to. My favorite way to get inspiration is from family and friends. My friend Laurie has an effortless cool girl style that I am constantly asking her where she gets all her pieces from. This is especially true for her sneakers! See below for some of her top recos!
Dressing Map
Sometimes getting dressed can be stressful. I often follow this exact formula to help guide my outfits. I start off with three key elements: My Mood, The Weather, and What I am Doing. Then I focus on 1 item I definitely want to wear (e.g. sneakers or a comfy pair of jeans) and then create the outfit around this 1 item while keeping the three elements in mind. Hope this is helpful!
Bright and Colorful
Sneakers are one of my most worn items in my closet. I love the added element of a pop of color. I know Adidas Sambas are everywhere, but I personally love some of these other options more.
Chunky Gold Jewelry
Bring on the gold. Chunky gold jewelry is currently trending and it is probably something already have, something you can thrift or buy from Amazon. Accessories add a quick lift to any outfit.

Abercrombie New Arrivals
I have been a big fan of Abercrombie in the last 3 years. The sizing is great from short to tall options. And love the quality and style. A bonus is everything mixes and matches really well. Here are some of my picks from their recent Thursday new arrival drop.
Fresh Picks
Here is some picks I found while shopping yesterday. I may or may not have bought a few myself…
Easy Trend: Cuffed Jeans
This trend is a relaxed look that can also give you an excuse to not tailor your jeans. This is a good one to try since you can basically do this with existing jeans in your closet.
Jewelry that makes you smile: Roxanne Assoulin
One of my favorite accessible luxury jewelry brands. RA’s colorful arm stacks add something extra special to every outfit and make amazing gifts.
Trending: Cornflower
When I see this trending color, I think light, airy and joyful. Hopefully it will make you feel that way when you where the color too.
Two is Better Than One
This is ultimate girl math. Two piece sets are extremely versatile because you can wear it separately or on its own.
Taylor Swift’s new era drops and along with it a new aesthetic. Think dark but make it poetic.
Tortured Poet Era
Trending: Butter Yellow
Want to melt hearts like butter? Then this summer trendy color is for you. Think soft yellow as an alternative to beige. Bring on the sunshine…at least in your outfits, personality can still be grey.
Trending: Sophia Loren Summer
Mob wife might have been the thing for the winter, but how does that translate to summer? Enter Sophia Loren Summer! Think pinup Italian beauty with a rich florals and winged makeup. Curvaceous, sensual and warm.
Be Unbasic
Basics are the key to any wardrobe, but what no-one says is how important to vary the look of these basics to create an elevated wardrobe.
Think about shapes and textures when you purchase these items. Subtle differences can take you from boring to Carrie Bradshaw in an instant.
Reasons to be NA-KD
NA-KD Fashion caught my eye last year and is my go-to for interesting fashion-it girl pieces. The influencer partnerships are really cool and the accessories are amazing. It is a brand that will always be ahead of the trends. Like the sea shell jewelry on site that I am currently swooning over.
Pinterest is the Ultimate Fashion Tool
Pinerest is the best tool to use for your styling. Take items you already have and search for them in Pinterest to be inspired. Here is what I have been pinning lately to help inspire outfits in my actual closet.

Spring Shoes
When thinking of spring shoes, think about your everyday comfort, but then something special to add to your event dressing.
Charmed Life
I adore this trend. I love anything that allows you to play around and interpret the way you want. You can go over the top with this trend or really simple (think Coach bracelet linked below). My personal favorite aspect of this trend is the ability to personalize. So go do you!
